Independent, unofficial project
Tesla Can Fly is an independently made browser game for entertainment. It is not affiliated with, authorized, sponsored, or endorsed by Tesla, SpaceX, or their affiliates. The project name, domain, and vehicle imagery do not indicate official status.
Game effects are not real vehicle capabilities
The vehicle, ramp, thrust, suction, flips, collisions, and landing rules are stylized or simplified. Gameplay, screenshots, and videos do not confirm real vehicle specifications, flight capability, safety, road approval, or production plans.
Not driving or modification advice
This game does not provide real-world driving, aviation, modification, or stunt training. Do not apply its controls or parameters to real vehicles or attempt to reproduce its stunts.
Names and intellectual property
Tesla, SpaceX, Roadster, and related marks belong to their respective owners. The vehicle is a procedural approximation, not a manufacturer-supplied model. The MIT license covers only code and works the maintainers are entitled to license; it grants no rights to third-party trademarks, vehicle designs, or other third-party intellectual property.
Software provided as is
The open-source software is provided as is under the MIT license, without promises that it will be error-free, continuously available, or fit for a particular purpose. This notice does not exclude or limit liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited, and is not a statement by a vehicle manufacturer.
